Retail of Products and Services
By making an order, you are purchasing a product(s) that we will accept to sell to you on the following Terms and Conditions. All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. Dispatch times may vary according to availability, and any guarantees, warranties or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to delivery delays or force majeure. Bike-parts-mv.com will email an order confirmation. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
Online Payments – Cancellation and Refunds
When making an online payment, an order can be made by completing the appropriate online form and making a successful payment with a credit or debit card or other payment means acceptable to us. By placing an order and entering into a contract you are confirming you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.
When you place an order through bike-parts-mv.com you will be given the opportunity to review the details and edit or cancel the order before making a payment. In accordance with the "The Consumer Protection" (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and European Directive 97/7/EC you may cancel a Contract at any time within 14 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the Goods (the "Cooling-Off Period").
If you wish to cancel the Contract within this Cooling-Off Period a refund, (or if you require an exchange or replacement) will be provided in accordance with our returns policy. (This only applies to orders made by individuals.)
In the event that notification to cancel is given after the expiry of this time period, then save as where goods are defective we reserve the right to issue only an exchange or replacement.
Notice of cancellation should be made in writing by using our contact form or writing to MotoCorsa Ltd, Unit 6, South’s Farm Yard, Noade Street, Ashmore, SP5 5AA, United Kingdom.
You must return the goods to us, in the same condition in which you received them with the original packaging and the product documentation, and at your own cost and risk. The goods must not have been used and, where applicable, must not have been removed from the sealed packaging. You must provide proof of purchase in the form of our invoice, or invoice number, for the original supply of such goods.
To minimise the chance of the purchase of any incorrect goods, we advise that customers who are not 100% sure that they have found their exact vehicle to use our contact form. We can offer guidance to customers and confirm that any goods are correct prior to purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return an Item:
You can return all stock items. Bespoke products & special order items, cannot be returned. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please use our contact form to request a refund and we will assign you a Return Authorisation Number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

Electrical Components which have been removed from the packing may not be returned and also Special Order Goods and goods made to order may not be returned unless previously agreed by us.
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour. You will have to pay return shipping.
Accepted Methods of Payment
We use PayPal as our payment gateway. You can pay via PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, Master Card) or Debit card.
Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
All orders from stock will be shipped within 2 working days, Monday to Friday. If goods are not available ex stock we shall endeavour to ship within 10 working days. If there is a delay we will contact you.
We will always endeavour to ship by courier, on a (for UK based orders) ‘next day’ basis. However, we will always ship the ‘best way’ and therefore we may use, from time to time, Royal Mail
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Delivery within UK
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date supplied in the dispatch confirmation email sent to you or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days of the date of the dispatch confirmation email.
If you order products from bike-parts-mv.com for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over import duties and taxes and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
